Songs first
Every artist starts with the writing. If the songs aren’t there, nothing else matters.

About us
Ocean Blue Records is an independent label built around a small roster and real attention. We start with the songs, then build each artist’s sound, story and look together so every release feels complete. From country rap to R&B and Southern rock, we sign voices that sound like nowhere else.
Our promise
Our artists receive 80% and own the rights to their music. Ocean Blue Records never takes control of an artist’s music.
We are an AI-assisted record label built on human vision with real humans.
About
An independent label with a simple idea: find distinct voices and give them room to grow.
Our story
Ocean Blue Records began with a stack of songs and a belief that great artists deserve a home that treats every release like it matters. Instead of chasing volume, we chose a small roster and real attention.
Our first signing, country rapper Kaylee Vance, set the tone: a voice with a point of view and a world all her own. Her debut album, Highway 99, is out now (released October 26, 2026).
From there, the roster is growing across genres, from country rap to R&B and Southern rock.
What we are
Ocean Blue Records is proudly an AI-assisted record label. We sign and develop AI-assisted artists, each one built from human songwriting, human creative direction and a clear point of view, then brought to life with AI-assisted production.
The songs start with people: the stories, the lyrics, the hooks and the sound we want each artist to own. AI is the studio we bring them to life in, letting a small, focused team create complete artists with their own voices, looks and worlds.
We think that is the future of music, and we are building it in the open, with care for the craft and respect for the listener.
How we work
Every artist starts with the writing. If the songs aren’t there, nothing else matters.
Sound, story and visuals are built together, so every artist feels complete from the first listen.
Samplers, singles and albums are released with a plan, and we stay with each artist long after release day.
